Low-voltage carrier blocking filter

For Aosa Technology's universal carrier units, a low-voltage carrier trap is available for user selection. The trap ensures a reliable communication environment by preventing carrier signals from being absorbed by capacitive loads or disrupted by high-frequency equipment. Our traps are designed for 3-wire universal configurations and come in two current ratings: 30A and 60A. They are suitable for use with bare DC lines, single-phase AC, and three-phase power systems.

Integrated capacitive coupler

For OSA Technology's low- and medium-voltage universal carrier equipment, we offer an integrated capacitive coupler and a clip-on inductive coupler for user selection. The integrated capacitive coupler is typically designed for overhead lines. It combines the capacitor coupler, coupling filter, and coupling transformer into a single unit, directly connecting to high-voltage transmission lines to ensure reliable, stable long-distance carrier signal transmission while isolating power-frequency current. The clip-on inductive coupler is primarily suited for underground power cables or mixed line environments where both ends use cables. It connects directly to communication cables without requiring permanent wiring changes. Installation is quick—simply clip it on—and no power outage is needed.

FC100 RS232/485 Bus Data Extender Module

FC100 is an innovative, all-hardware RS232/485 bus extender module based on DC carrier technology. It optimizes the conventional 4-wire RS485 bus solution for industrial environments into a 2-wire system (delivering both power and communication over a single pair of wires). This approach reduces material and installation costs, enhances interference immunity, and requires no changes to user applications or habits. FC100, built on our proprietary core module TM100, supports DC bus applications up to 8V with loads up to 1A.
